From the Bridge:

Take the downtown Newport exit, and take a right at the bottom of the ramp. At the second set of lights, take a right. This puts you on America's Cup Blvd (138A), the main 2-way street in Newport.

America's cup runs parallel to Thames St. When you get to the fifth set of lights, get in the far left lane. Wait for the green left arrow to make a U-turn onto Thames Street. We are a 1/4 mile down on the right.

From Route 138:

In Middletown, take a left onto Aquidneck Ave. (138A) and follow to second stop light. Take a left at that light onto Valley Rd. (214), then bear right at the next set of lights Purgatory Rd. (138A). Go through four sets of lights and take an immediate right onto Thames St. at the bottom of the hill. We are a 1/4 mile down on the right at 250 Thames.

From Route 114:

Route 114 will turn into Broadway once you get into Newport. When you get to your first stop sign next to Fastnet Pub (on left), go straight onto Washington Square. At the stop light go left onto Thames St. Bear right at the next intersection and take a left at the light. This will put you on America's Cup Blvd (138A), the main 2-way street in Newport.
